Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase & you haven’t reached out to us, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• In case, the item(s) is not as per the order placed, all delivery charges will be borne by mypakmarket.com in return or exchange case.
• All returns should be sent to “our address”.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, & will be transferred to the bank account provided by you, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
